Alexi comes from a varied professional background. She has been an educator, political researcher, jewelry designer, mortgage banker, realtor, life and health consultant, sales and marketing manager, and counselor.

In 2001 she relocated from her beloved Hawaii-nei to California to spend time with her father before she had to be one of his care givers.  (He had been living with non-Hodgkins lymphoma for several years.) Her dad also suffered from back pain due to an old injury to his spine at the 4th and 5th cervical region. He would get massages periodically and complain that he had not gotten any relief.  Alexi decided she would get basic massage therapy training so she could give him professional massages on a regular basis.

Alexi entered Body Mind College of Therapeutic Massage and Holistics and enjoyed it so much she continued her education until she received her Holistic Health Practitioner designation. She has been practicing for over eight years and yes, she gave my dad regular massages until he passed away. Alexi uses her training in deep tissue, relaxation, structural integration, trigger point, vita flex, Jin Shin Accutouch and aroma therapy to provide her clients with a variety of techniques to meet the needs of their body.

An essential part of her practice is Young Living Therapeutic Essential Oils. Over time she has seen the tremendous benefits that these oils have given to her clients as well as herself and she readily recommends Raindrop Therapy for back pain as well as a variety of health issues of the skeletal, muscular, respiratory, circulatory, neurological and hormonal systems.

As a certified Hypnotherapist, Alexi also includes hypnotherapy in her Holistic practice in the areas of pain management and medical assistance for living with catastrophic disease.

Another facet of her practice is counseling. She uses a variety of techniques to assist her clients in healing beliefs that have come from sources other than themselves that they have taken on.

Lastly, she utilizes technology in her practice such as the Body Regenerator, Ionic Footbath, Infrared Mineral Lamp, and Evox (voice repatterning) to assist her clients in self-improvement of their body and emotions.

BriAnna enjoys providing a place to heal for all those who wish to improve themselves. While incorporating massage techniques with body psychology, she is able to enrich not only your physical body, but your mental and emotional self as well. Bri first started studying massage because she loved the way she felt after receiving a massage. She not only felt that her body was more relaxed, but she also luxuriated in the fact that for the entire session the focus was on her.  When looking for a profession she wanted something that would enable her to give that same feeling to all of those that she worked with. After going through her education she now realizes the benefits of massage affect not only the physical body, but also one’s emotional well-being and even spiritual well-being.

Jesse was born and raised in New Jersey. She went to cosmetology school and soon realized after working in that field for a short while that it was not what she wanted to do. She moved to New York City, where she blossomed as an individual and was able to have many different experiences to find her place. She worked in a coffee shop, as a stage manager, and in a dance club. During this time she was able to connect with and experience many different people on many different paths. She has always known that she wanted to help people but after 5 years in New York City she still didn’t know in what form that would take. In order to continue her search for her niche and to find out more about herself, Jesse felt it was again time to make a geographical change and moved to San Diego.

After being in San Diego for a while, she was lead to Body Mind College of Therapeutic Massage and Holistics (BMC). It was there that she knew she had found what she had been searching for and threw herself into learning as much as she could about body work in addition to the different ways to assist people in healing themselves and the techniques to get them there. Jesse graduated from BMC with a Holistic Health Practitioner designation.

As a practitioner, she utilizes many forms of bodywork to relax, rejuvenate and heal aches and pains. She is also a second level Reiki.

It was at BMC where Jesse started my path of healing and where she found her passion. She also learned how to support people and help them find their passion. She now uses emotional facilitation and holistic counseling as part of her holistic practice as a life coach. Jesse loves to help people move at their own pace and find their path in this amazing world.

Jesse continues to take seminars and classes to better serve her clients and their needs, as well as keeping herself growing and learning.
